What are the main things which customer needs to keep in the mind while the flat?
To which Mr. Abhishek Mishra – Director Trimurty has answered that customer should consider the Brand value of the builder, as well as should check the past record of the builder, perseverance in work is very important, and we must check that for how many years the builders has been serving in real estate market? Also, the budget is very important as customers manier times buy the flat however it gets difficult for them to pay on the later stages. Which causes lot many problems to the buyer as well as to the customer.
How do you define Ariana as unique from the other projects?
To which MD, Mr. Anand Mishra has answered that Ariana is unique as it is pre-certified platinum rated green homes by IGBC (Indian Green Building Council). IGBC certification itself is a proof of our quality of construction.
Is there any governing Body for builders as well wherein the customer can go, and complaint incase what has been committed is not fulfilled?
