10 Tips for Finding the Perfect Penthouse in Jaipur

Targeted to be the 10th largest City in India by 2025 and with over 3 million people today, It is a great time be looking for a penthouse in Jaipur. But how? Here are 10 ideas for smoothing your path to gracious living.

1. Location – Location is always the byword. Bani Park is a prime spot but do you want to be near Government buildings? If you fancy Vaishali Nagar, will you like the predominantly low rise feel of Nemisagar? Do your research.

2. Space – How much do you really need? You will find plenty on the market with two, three, or four bedrooms. Try to get a decision right first time. Moving transactional costs are still high if you get wrong.

3. How many – it’s not uncommon for buyers to acquire two apartments, one for them one for guests, staff, or family.

4. Sun – Think about the sun and the time of day. For example a 4-5 bedroom penthouse in the Ajmer Road might have three balconies and a North East prospect. Is that what you want?

5. Finish – The fittings and finish can look great in the photographs and marketing, But make sure you know what is included and check out the quality of, for example, the flooring. Is the quality the vitrified tiles good enough?

7. Private entrance – After all it should be a penthouse. Does it come with a private entrance and its own elevator? Maybe you have to share with a select few, but you don’t want too many neighbours.

9. Appliances – If they aren’t the top specification – are you sure you are actually in a penthouse?

10. View – So you are finally there, sitting under a high vaulted ceiling surrounded by opulence. Well you’d better have extra large picture windows to make the very most of the unrivalled view you have of the world wishing they were you looking down!
