In most of these apartments you will always have a children’s play zone around, a swimming pool and a health club as additional facilities. These serviced apartments are classified into different categories which are stand-alone,mix-use and apartholes.

Stand-alone apartments

They operate exclusively just like private residential apartments.Basic facilities such as swimming pools and maid services are provided.

Mix-use apartments

They usually have an added retail facility such as a shopping mall.

Apartholes

A type of apartments which are incorporated into a hotel. Tenants here are able to utilize services such as health club, spa and restaurants.

Studio apartments

A studio apartment also known as an efficiency apartment is a small apartment which combines living room, kitchenette and a bedroom in a single room. With this kind of property, you find that the kitchen is commonly at the center or in a very small separate room. The bathroom however, is always in its own room. The studio flats are always the cheapest facility in the real estate industry worldwide.

Though renting a 2 BHK or 3 BHK apartment is cheaper than serviced and studio apartments, they are much inconveniencing if you are staying somewhere for a short period of time.

Studio apartments are always cheaper as compared to serviced apartments. However, the serviced apartments are always comfortable to live in. This is because you get extra services in serviced apartments unlike the studio where you get no extra services.
